A one-way ticket will be issued for the first journey; if the return journey is made within three days (counted from the day after the outward ticket is issued), a ticket will be issued for the difference between the amount paid for the outward journey and the balance due for the return fare.
Two tickets will be issued for the journey: one for the outward journey and one for the return journey, both at full fare.

Anyone with a fidelity card, such as TT Card or CartaClub, must explicitly request the association of their card number with their Telepass device number to benefit from the discounts provided.
In case of a fare calculation error, the customer should proceed to the Info Point or the pedestrian ticket office in Messina. Here, the customer, with their vehicle registration book and Telepass device, can request a new ticket with the correct amount. At the same time, by returning the incorrect ticket, the cancellation process will be initiated.
