Booking in advance is no longer a problem with the Flexibility Option!
The Flexibility Option is available for the Messina-Salerno and La Maddalena-Palau lines.
Messina-Salerno
Thanks to the Flexibility Option, available at a starting price of €10.00, you can make up to 2 changes and one cancellation without penalty up to 8 hours before departure, even for bookings made with special or promotional prices.
The Flexibility Option does not exempt the customer from paying any price differences resulting from the changes.
La Maddalena-Palau
The Flexibility Option for the La Maddalena–Palau route allows passengers to cancel the ticket and receive a refund. If the Flexibility Option is not included on the ticket, a 100% penalty will apply.
It is also possible to request a refund after departure.
