The ticket issued is valid for boarding. Upon purchase, the passenger immediately receives a boarding pass.
Boarding Procedure
Once in possession of your boarding pass, proceed to the embarkation area for inspection by the onboard staff.
Your boarding pass will be scanned with a handheld reader to confirm that all passengers and vehicles have boarded the vessel.
The staff will not collect your boarding pass or any printed copies of your ticket, except in extraordinary cases as provided by the Company.
If you purchased a ticket using any type of discounted fare (e.g. residents of minor islands, members of affiliated organizations, etc.), you must present a valid ID during both check-in and boarding procedures.
