This Diversity & Inclusion Policy aligns with the principles laid out in our Code of Ethics and applies to all employees, collaborators, job candidates, contractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders in general.
In return, Caronte & Tourist expects all parties to comply with applicable laws and the principles set forth in the Code of Ethics.
The Caronte & Tourist Diversity & Inclusion Management System is designed, implemented, and updated to comply with the requirements of ISO 30415:2021, ensuring the following:

Caronte & Tourist holds its management accountable for the communication, implementation, and enforcement of the D&I Policy. Managers are expected to model inclusive behavior, promote the principles of the policy through actions and words, and ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives.
This Policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of Caronte & Tourist.
It complements and expands upon the foundational principles outlined in the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, particularly with respect to the topics covered herein.
The Policy is subject to periodic review and audit by the Quality and D&I functions to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
