The departure port for freight transport from Sicily is Messina Tremestieri. If you are boarding with a van weighing less than 3.5 tons, you can also board from Rada San Francesco, while for buses, the boarding point is Rada San Francesco (check the schedule for Messina Rada San Francesco here).
From Calabria, the departure port is Villa San Giovanni.
