Refund of a ticket purchased via website/App

To request a refund for a  ticket, you need to know the Control Code and the Booking Code.

The refund will be issued as a reversal on the same card used for the purchase or to your PayPal account, provided that no more than 180 days have passed since the purchase transaction.
