Refund of a ticket purchased at the ticket office

(staffed ticket counter or self-service ticket machine)

To request a refund for a ticket, you need  the Control Code and the Booking Code, you also need to provide the bank account details of the ticket holder.

The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the bank account of the person whose name appears on the booking.
