The Diversity & Inclusion Management System of Caronte & Tourist Isole Minori S.p.A. is designed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with the ISO 30415:2021 standard:

This Policy has been approved by resolution of the Board of Directors of Caronte & Tourist Isole Minori S.p.A.
It supplements and defines the fundamental elements of the company’s Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, addressing the issues described herein.
This Policy is subject to periodic review and audit by the Quality and D&I functions.
