The vessel did not reach my destination; I was disembarked at a different port of call

If an unexpected event during your journey forced you to disembark at a port different from your original destination, you may request rebooking on the next available sailing to either your intended destination or back to the port of departure.

Rebooking will be processed free of charge and can be requested either at the ticket office or by contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM.

You may also request assistance by writing to servizioclienti@carontetourist.it; please note that email response times may be longer than those for telephone or in-person requests.

If the schedule change is attributable to the Company, you are entitled to the following rights:

If you choose to wait for the next available departure, you are entitled to receive snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the waiting time, provided such services are available and can be reasonably supplied.

Should you independently purchase these items, you may request reimbursement by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

If the change requires one or more overnight stays, you are entitled to reimbursement of accommodation costs up to a maximum of €80 per passenger, per night, for a maximum of 3 nights (this reimbursement is authorized only if the delay is attributable to the Company).

Should you require assistance in arranging emergency accommodation, our Customer Service team is fully available to support you.

If, due to the schedule change, you incurred unexpected expenses and/or were unable to use pre-booked services, you must provide appropriate supporting documentation and submit a refund request to the Company. The Company will assess the validity of the claim and the supporting documents.
