The vessel returned to the port of departure

If your trip was suddenly interrupted during the voyage and the vessel is returning to the port from which it departed, you may choose to reschedule your trip on the next available departure or request a full refund of your ticket.

You can request assistance with modifications or cancellations either at the ticket office or by contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM.

If you choose to modify your travel date, you may also write to servizioclienti@carontetourist.it. Please note that email requests may require longer processing times compared to phone or in-person requests.

To cancel your ticket and request a refund, you may submit your request:

Directly at the ticket office where you purchased your ticket

By contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:45 PM

If the change of plans requires you to consume meals, snacks, or beverages in reasonable amounts relative to the waiting time, the Company will provide these, subject to availability and feasibility.

If you independently purchase these items, you may request reimbursement by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service.

If the change requires an overnight stay or more, you are entitled to accommodation reimbursement up to a maximum of €80 per passenger, per night, for a maximum of 3 nights. (This reimbursement applies only if the delay is attributable to the Company).

If, due to the change of plans, you have incurred unforeseen expenses and/or have been unable to use booked services, you must provide appropriate receipts and submit a refund request to the Company, which will assess the validity of the claim and supporting documents.
