If the cancellation occurs after your arrival at the port, you are entitled to receive snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the duration of the wait, if they are available and can be reasonably supplied.
If you choose to make your own arrangements, you may request reimbursement of the expenses incurred by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be verified by our Customer Service team.
If the cancellation results in the need for one or more overnight stays, you are entitled to reimbursement of accommodation costs up to a maximum of €80 per passenger per night, for a maximum of three nights.
If you require assistance in arranging emergency accommodation, our Customer Service team is fully available to support you.
If, due to the delay, you incurred unexpected expenses and/or were unable to use pre-booked services, you must provide adequate supporting documentation and submit a refund request to the Company, which will assess the validity of your claim and the documents provided.
