If your trip has been cancelled due to reasons attributable to the company and you wish to reschedule your ticket, you may request a modification free of charge.
Ticket changes can be requested either at the ticket office or by contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM.

You may also request a ticket change by writing to servizioclienti@carontetourist.it.
Please note that email requests may have longer processing times compared to telephone or in-person requests at the ticket office.

If the cancellation occurs after your arrival at the port, you are entitled to receive snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the waiting time, subject to availability and where such assistance can be reasonably provided.

If you independently purchase food or drinks, you may request reimbursement by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

f the cancellation results in the need for one or more overnight stays, you are entitled to reimbursement of accommodation costs, up to a maximum of €80 per passenger per night, for a maximum of 3 nights.

If you require assistance in arranging emergency accommodation, our Customer Service team is fully available to support you.

If, due to the delay, you incurred unexpected expenses and/or were unable to use pre-booked services, you must submit appropriate supporting documentation. The Company will assess the legitimacy of the claim and the related documentation provided.
