In such cases, our ticketing agent will direct you to an affiliated vendor or arrange for direct provision.
Should you independently procure refreshments during the delay, you may request reimbursement for the incurred expenses by submitting the relevant receipts. Our customer service team will verify these documents and process your claim accordingly.
