If you choose to wait for the departure and the delay extends beyond 90 minutes, you are entitled to request snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the waiting time, provided they are available and can be reasonably supplied. In such cases, our ticketing agent will direct you to an affiliated vendor or arrange for direct provision.

Should you independently procure refreshments during the delay, you may request reimbursement for the incurred expenses by submitting the relevant receipts. Our customer service team will verify these documents and process your claim accordingly.

If you are a passenger with reduced mobility, traveling with children, or accompanying vulnerable individuals, please do not hesitate to inform our staff of any specific needs. They are committed to providing the necessary support to ensure your comfort and safety.

If the delay necessitates an overnight stay, you are entitled to reimbursement for accommodation costs up to a maximum of €80 per passenger per night, for a maximum of three nights. This reimbursement is contingent upon the delay being attributable to the Company and not due to extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. Should you require assistance in arranging emergency lodging, our Customer Service is at your full disposal.

Please retain all receipts and documentation related to expenses incurred during the delay, as they will be necessary for processing any reimbursement claims.
