If the vessel scheduled to transport you to your destination has not yet departed and you wish to reschedule your journey, you may request a ticket modification without incurring any penalty. This modification can be requested either at the ticket office or by contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM. Alternatively, you can email your request to servizioclienti@carontetourist.it. Please note that email responses may take longer compared to phone inquiries or in-person requests at the ticket office.
