My arrival was delayed

How can I determine if I'm entitled to financial compensation for the arrival delay, and how do I calculate it?

Find out if you are entitled to compensation for a delayed arrival, and how much it amounts to as a percentage of the ticket price.

You can expect to receive compensation equal to 25% of the ticket price if your arrival is delayed by:

  1. One hour for a regular service of up to four hours.
  2. Two hours for a regular service of more than four but not exceeding eight hours.
  3. hree hours for a regular service of more than eight hours but not exceeding 24 hours.
  4. Six hours for a service exceeding 24 hours.

If the delay exceeds twice the time indicated in points (a) to (d) above, the financial compensation will be equal to 50% of the ticket price.
