How to Proceed if the Delay Caused Significant Inconvenience

If the delay requires you to stay overnight for one or more nights, you are entitled to reimbursement of your accommodation costs up to a maximum of £80 per passenger for a maximum of three nights. (This reimbursement is authorized if the cause of the delay is attributable to the Company).

If, on the other hand, you have incurred unexpected expenses and/or have been unable to use any services due to the delay, you must provide adequate proof and request reimbursement from the Company, which will assess the legitimacy of the request and the supporting evidence.
