If the cancellation occurs after your arrival at the port, you are entitled to receive snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the duration of the wait, provided that such services are available and can be reasonably supplied.
If you choose to independently arrange for food and beverages, you may request reimbursement by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.
In cases where the cancellation results in the need for one or more overnight stays, please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions, accommodation costs are not refundable. However, if you require assistance in arranging emergency accommodation, our Customer Service team is always available to assist you.
