If your trip has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and you wish to reschedule, you may request to modify your ticket without incurring any penalty.
Ticket changes can be requested either at the ticket office or by contacting our Customer Service at +39.090.57.37, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM.

You may also request a ticket change by writing to: servizioclienti@carontetourist.it.
 Please note that response times for email requests are generally longer compared to phone or in-person requests at the ticket office.

If the cancellation occurs after your arrival at the port, you are entitled to receive snacks, meals, or beverages in reasonable proportion to the waiting time, subject to availability and where such assistance can be reasonably provided.
Should you choose to make your own arrangements, you may request reimbursement of the expenses incurred by submitting the relevant receipts, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

In cases where the cancellation requires an overnight stay, please note that accommodation costs are not reimbursable due to adverse weather conditions. However, should you need assistance arranging emergency accommodation, our Customer Service team is always available to support you.
